C. CAREER HISTORY

1. SOCIAL SECURITY AND NATIONAL INSURANCE TRUST (Administrative Officer) 2016 -

Job Duties:

1. Planning and organizing the distribution of stationery items to offices.

2. Tracking of stationery allocations from central stores to make sure they arrive at their destinations.

3. Processing of requests from various offices ranging from stationery, fittings and furniture, sundry items and equipment.

4. Processing of bills (Invoices) for payment. This includes Security bills, Courier Services bills, Utility bills (Electricity, Water and Telephone), Transport bills (Repairs and Maintenance, Fuel bills) and Miscellaneous bills.

3. Preparation of annual budget for all departments and branches nationwide.

4. Vetting, Capturing and processing of fuel coupons for staff and managers.

5. Periodic need assessment and monitoring to check on the state of items supplied and to sort fixed assets that are obsolete and needs replacement.

6. Capturing and Initiation of all logistics, equipment’s, fittings and stationery requests for the Trust.

7. Performing inspection at the security point to ensure that goods purchased on behalf of the Trust meet requirements and are of superior quality.

8. Liaise and coordinate with Procurement and other offices/departments regarding delivery of stationery supplies and keep all parties informed of any changes in a timely manner.

9. Monitor stock levels weekly to ensure that the Central stores have enough stock.

10. Ensure that data on all stationery requests and allocations are maintained to provide accurate ordering and replenishment reporting.

11. Generate and compile all departmental Reports including monthly, quarterly, annually and strategic Reports and their KPI’s (Key Performance Index).

12. Liaise with Procurement Department to solve complaints and problems on stationery supplies from offices.

14. Perform several administrative duties for the General Services Manager.
