Case Manager/behavioral health counselor

I have currently been in the behavioral health field for the prior ten years, beginning my education at CCP, and completing Drexel’s Saturday scholar program, for

behavioral health counselors in which I earned my B.S. in behavioral health counseling. I have completed two educational practicums, and one clinical practicum, in which I hold a CADC licensure in the state of NJ.

SK-Distribution Specialist- 2014-2016

Job Responsibilities included, Distribution of Company Products in a Safe and Time sensitive work environment. Managing work orders related to various venders using EXEL, Corresponding with Company Management regarding daily productivity, and troubleshooting issues as they arose.

CADC Intern/Case Manager-2016-2020

Job Responsibilities Include, doing patient Admissions using the 10E11 system, Updating Patient Charts using EXEL, monitoring patient activities, and De-escalating possible AMA type scenarios, running 1-hour Groups on a variety of Behavioral Health Topics, designing inpatient and aftercare plans specifically tailored to each client’s individual needs, facilitating all aspects of client’s discharge documentation, and bridge to various treatment scenarios

CADC/Counselor (manager of all aspects of evening IOP group) 2020-2023

Job Responsibilities Include, doing patient Admissions using the KIPU system, assessing and completing the clients initial BIO-PSYCHO-SOCIAL. Running 3 hour groups, three nights a week, and keeping clients in compliance by completing daily DAP progress notes. Managing a caseload of 15 to 25 people, who also received one individual session per week, DAILY’s provided through individual session notes, also incorporating family sessions when necessary.
