Withmore than 10+ years of experience in Banking Industry handled almost every position at Branch level from tasks like withdrawals, deposits, transfers, money orders/Drafts, issuing of Fixed deposit,providing account information assisting customers and answering their questions they may have about the bank or their account which includes providing updates on accounts and balances and helping customers understand how to use banking services.

Investment & Tax Advisor -Advising customers on how to manage their money by assessing the individual's financial status & establishing financial solutions by develop a plan that helps them to meet their needs, motives, goals & finding ways to best manage their money using short-term and long-term investment to minimise the tax.

Recovery Agent /collector-Targeting the customers who are having overdue payments on bank accounts which involves reaching customers by phone or mail and helping them come up with a repayment so that their credit history doesn't effect.

Payroll & Taxation -My responsibility was to maintain the pension/ Salary accounts & pay accordingly in case any changes in pension reflects as per government guidelines & deduction of tax financially based on income earned by particular pension or salary persion .Moreover suggesting them how to minimise the tax by investing in govt securities.

Account Manager-Job responsibilities includes following compliance and government regulations, reporting suspicious activities, and adjusting accounting entries when errors occur. Opened new accounts and assisted with transactions as needed.
