GENERAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Led the team in carrying out predictive mechanical maintenance of all production equipment, including 6 stage

export crude oil pumps, air compressors, all types of pumps, emergency generator, steam turbine, diesel purifier and water make.

Serviced pumps and changing out of (1) mechanical seal (2) journal/thrust bearings (3) Mechanical seal port flushing. (4) Adjusting mechanical seal to stop initial leakage and replacing impellers.

Maintained of oily water separators(OWS)

Carry out machinery lubrications.

Troubleshooting of Hydraulic systems of winch, cranes, jacks.

Types of pumps worked on: (1) Seawater lifting pumps (submersible/immiscible). (2) Nextrim crude oil export pumps (Multi Stage) (3) Centrifugal water boaster pumps (4) Bilge Pump (Reciprocating) .(5) Chemical injection pumps (Plunger) .
