Responsibilities:

1. Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals, follow-ups, manpower handling, installation, commissioning, handover etc. 2. Supervising and handling of layout drawings, O&M manuals, method of statements and other related documentation for project work and guide of worker which are present in site work.

5. Manage and provides engineering and technical supports in the installation, testing and commissioning of the MEP system.

6. Coordination with the clients/ contractors for any site instructions, assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily, weekly basis of all MEP services at site.

7. Monitoring and supervising the work execution on site as per approved shop drawings, method statements, ITP and project specifications and local codes. 8. Monitor and Coordination with superior for all MEP activities (Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) works.

9. Planning and mobilization of team to execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities of HVAC Equipment’s like Chiller, Chilled water pumps, Cooling Towers, AHUs, DC-AHUs, FCUs, Split & window ACs, Package ACs, DX units, VRF units.

10. Installation of Ducting, Volume Dampers, Fire Dampers, Smoke Detectors, EF, AD and EDH as per drawings and local standards.

11. Trouble shooting of problems encountered during Testing. Preparation and updating of Site Observation Report.

12. Coordination of site pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. 13. Supervision for Welding, Fabrication and Installation of Mechanical works. 14. Preparation of daily work schedule as per given task. 15. Quantity Takes off of Plumbing and Firefighting services for the Project. 16. Implemented of all aspects of plumbing design including domestic cold/hot water supply system, sanitary sewage/grease waste system, Storm water/Rainwater harvesting system and Firefighting system.

17. Supervision of Plumbing and drainage installation, inspections, pressure tests, leakage tests, site modification as required at site conditions. 18.
