Chief Executive Officer
Managed SDMLS as a wholly owned shareholder and innovative industry leader with the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors. Instilled and modeled forward-thinking, inclusiveness, and a performance-oriented business culture with 20+ employees, four departments, six committees, 100 volunteers, and four consultants.
Administered an annual budget of $6 million, reported ongoing progress to the Board of Directors, and directed initiatives in growth and creativity to lead the industry in innovation and advance progress.
