LAFD Foundation (President) - Responsible for all activities of the organization – program vision and strategy, coaching, management and leadership of staff, communications, marketing, partnership identification and negotiation; collaborating with city officials, identifying and developing relationship strategies, financial and events creation and management; created and implemented new marketing/branding campaign securing $500,000 in six weeks from primarily new donors and corporate partners; secured I Heart Radio and partnership with Westfield, creating a day-long fundraising campaign; helped launch a new grant program for the APRU at the Los Angeles Fire Dept., serving LA’s most medically at-risk fragile communities; doubled previous annual fund revenue in five months through prospecting, soliciting, closing and stewarding high-level corporate and individual donors; increased board members and overall participation; created and oversaw grassroots efforts of multiple third-party fundraising events; developed an annual budget, major gifts, corporate and foundation giving plan; nominated and wrote narrative securing LA Business Journal medical innovation award for Fire Chief Ralph Terrazas

Le Meridien at Beverly Hills (Business Development Consultant/Marketing Communications, Events) - Designed and implemented marketing communications plan for hotel launch including speech writing for GM with series of press stories and promotional events resulting in consistent local, national and international press coverage, solicited and secured multiple corporate partnerships; 23% increase in room sales and events

Judith August Cosmetics (Business Development Consultant, Marketing Communications) – Created marketing rebranding campaign that resulted in multiple print articles and a deal offer from Home Shopping Network; oversaw communications and media for founder; asked to create an exit strategy, engaged and worked with an investment firm and the owner successfully sold her company within six months

Colburn School (Dir. Marketing Communications) – Created and managed all communications including for C-level executives, internal and external; Produced and managed yearly budgets for marketing and communications departments; Formed partnerships with local corporations; Changed focus of existing media campaign that resulted in 20% increased audience support in five weeks while garnering national and local press; Oversaw event staff and facilities rentals and management

Legal Aid Foundation of LA (Dir. Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (DOD) - Renovated operations for the Los Angeles office of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and revitalized the overall concept of A Culinary Evening with the California Winemasters event, earning $1.35M, a 25% increase over previous years; solicited and secured additional grants and corporate partners and sponsors on a national level; identified, recruited, engaged and activated an influential, financially strong and diverse volunteer leadership base to support sustained campaign growth

Union Rescue Mission (Consultant, Marketing, Communications, Events) – Researched and secured major LA Times article for President/CEO Andy Bales that was picked up by national broadcast media and brought in a flood of new donors; Created and produced several new events including a planned giving campaign and produced the inaugural event securing 20% participation from attendees; secured new corporate partners and volunteers for multiple events

Royce Hall, UCLA (Consultant, Marketing Communications, Events) - Created and oversaw major donor campaign and event with ancillary marketing materials for the relaunch, securing corporate sponsorships and partners that was so successful the Chancellor forgave $3M in construction cost overage
