Manage the multiple U.S. based plants that include polishing line, manufacturing facility and a newly constructed plant.

Coordinate the manufacturing of metal and polishing line processes at high volume facilities to meet production goals, quality of production and safety expectation.

The primary U.S. representative to attend the international round table conference and tour the Europe based plant operations and machinery.
