One Man and a Mower Lawn Service became available to the public during the spring of 2009 and still presently operate on a seasonal schedule. ng, researching, repairing, displaying and sales of sometimes large volumes of various old, odd and unusual items. I owned, operated and managed a brick and mortar business located at 7019 South Broadway in St. Louis, Missouri for thirteen years 1996-2013.

Full Moon Antiques and Collectibles opened to the public on April 16th 1996 and ran successfully until the doors closed on October 31st, 2009 due to poor building conditions.

Owning and managing a small antiques and collectibles business requires self- motivation, a competitive edge and positive attitude as well as a sixth sense at times especially when both buying and selling.

I still actively pursue both ventures either part time and or seasonal,as both opportunities provide substantial income and schedules that can usually be adjusted to accommodate most other full and or part time income generating opportunity especially when other aforementioned opportunities are not made readily available.

Edward George Smith opened Saneco dry cleaners located at 4040 South Grand avenue in 1955 and ran a very successful dry cleaning and laundry business that eventually grew to include as many as 15 satellite pickup and drop off stores located throughout the St. Louis area until two weeks before his passing away on January 10, 2010.

Ed Smith was a stern but fair self proclaimed workaholic who took pride in his employees as well as the work and outstanding customer service they produced and also became a mentor as well as a father figure to me and many of his other employees.
