Initiated and implemented plan to rescue 2-year $4 million project following failure

of hardware manufacturer. Effort provided not only abundant spares for the newly commissioned systems for the Atlantic Ocean Region (AOR) and Pacific Ocean Region (POR), but also provided sufficient hardware to install a new Land Earth Station “clone” in the Indian Ocean Region (IOR).
