The scope of this Project is to setup new UNIX, Oracle and ETL environments for feeding data to 4 new targets CPM, FERMAT, ALM and Solvency II. New Unix/Perl scripts, PL/SQL procedures and ETL flows were created to setup the new feeds. New data manipulation processes are created in mappings for the Business requirement. With these feeds, data loaded on the databases (TDB) were extracted, transformed and transferred towards these targets.

We are in the development and maintenance of data warehouse for the client KBC, Belgium. We are maintaining the domains (Information layers-IL and Staging area) Router, IL Markets, and IL Risk. Branches and Subsidiaries of KBC send data files to the Router. These files are then routed to the IL Markets and other Information layers. IL Markets and other domains process these data files and pass them to the staging area, IL Risk. All these data files are processed in staging area of IL Risk and finally loaded into Transport Database (TDB). The data is informational data (Business data) that comes from heterogeneous sources located in different parts of the globe. At each IL and in the staging area, ETL is performed. All processes like distributing files to different domains and invoking ETL environments are handled in Unix/Perl scripts. Roles and Responsibilities:
