•To ensure compliance with current Good Laboratory Practices as laid down in the Quality Control procedures.

•Expertise in undertaking analysis of finished product in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

•Demonstrated competencies in defining and implementing quality management systems / procedures with various international standards/codes to ensure observance of quality parameters.

•Plan analysis of finished product(Tablets,Aerosol and FFS) as per production schedule to avoid delay in release.

•Ensure that the sample to be tested in microbiology department or approved control laboratory should be sent on time wherever applicable and follow up for the same should be taken.

•Ensure timely Calibrating all analytical equipment according to SOPs; skilled in the calibration of, HPLC.

•Assign work to subordinate and junior and review their work.

•To co-ordinate with QA staff personnel in preparing the facility for inspections and external Audits.

•Review all HPLC data like test report and calibration report.

•Train junior or new employee to perform their task with accuracy and efficient way.

•Write synopsis and investigation report for AI, OOS, OOT and other non conformances.

•Monitoring procurement of other standards like chemical standard, volumetric standards etc. and maintenance of stock, usage and its registers.

•Checking of report of the analysis against standard and submission to check reports to the Head Unit Quality Control.

•Cross verification of certificate of analysis received for the standards for its correctness and validity.

•Preparation of job responsibilities of individual analyst of Chromatography and finished product.

•Provide technical support and training to Quality control personnel.

•Following the laid down safety precautions while working in the laboratory.

•Review and evaluation of change request in Cipdox software.

•Review and approve data in trackwise,like OOS,OOT,Deviation CAPA.

•Ensure timely completion of pharmacopiel implementation timely.

•Attending cross functional meeting to discuss challenges and mitigate ongoing difficulties.

•Work as designee of Head unit quality control in absence of Head unit quality control.

•Set performance goal of subordinate and review their performance.

•Ensure completion of C verses A and avoid departure of SLA .
