As a team, we maintain the occupancy 94% and above while maintaining less than 1% delinquency. In addition, Hayman gave me the distinction of being a mentor to new, incoming managers. Carrington Place Apartments/ Community Mgr. (Greystar) 12/01/2017- 01/26/18 My tasks at Carrington Place included organizing the property, maintaining income and stay within budget. My team and I have also created a plan on renovations and make sure we obtain the $100 premium as well as increasing market rents. I have increased revenue by $7-$10k monthly and have maintained high occupancy. I covered the Assistant Manager duties as well as Leasing. Carrington Place is 172 units with two office staff members. This property was trending in the low 80's and all of us as a team have supervised the renovations and have pre-leased the community to 95% occupancy. Transferred to Broadstone Colonnade with an occupancy of 93%, increased to 95%. Worked on capital renovations at Broadstone Colonnade.
