In charge of overseeing project personnel from Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) and monitoring project deliverables during the Agile and Waterfall project delivery lifecycles Using Jira, Kanban Boardsand Agile framework tools. Developed financial accountabilities for entire company ICT activities including development and management of an annual IT budget of $4+ MM

Managed multiple IT projects ranging from $40K to $25M, providing technology knowledge/vision to support company’s business objectives using SDLC methodology.

Implemented ISO 27001 Information security management system.

Initiated, designed, and planned a 3-year Project of a 9 floors business office building; the project involved stakeholder and vendor management, technology research, security assessment, procurement, tendering and bidding management, project scheduling and resource management. The project scope was to build the office building within budget of $2.6 million USD which was accomplished with smaller budget.

Administered the integration of Microsoft LYNC UC with AVAYA VOIP system, including local and international trunks, integration with UAE VOIP system and AD; Integrated and applied security policies, 250+ users utilized the system with cost reduction of +$120,000 for international calls.

Implemented EMC VNX SAN/NAS fully redundant systems, increasing the storage capacity to 120 TB with potential capacity up to 240 TB. The project included assessment of existing storage capacity and future growth, available technology, tendering and bidding process and evaluation.

Migrated Data Centre form Old office Building to a New data Center with proximity of 35 KM, with careful planning for the route, insurance, and disassemble and re-assemble sequence. The project was successfully completed within 2 days.
