Developer Representative

Represented Atlanta based developer on a project in Port Aransas, Texas (Mustang Island) on the Gulf of Mexico.

Managed the construction of developing new phases of residential and commercial building lots. This included management of engineer, cost analysis, analysis of construction contracts and construction schedule.

Managed Texas based General Contractor in the construction of a 15-unit condominium building. This included running a weekly construction meeting on progress and issues, working through issues with the architect, coordination with engineer to meet wind and storm requirements for insurance and quality control walks.

Managed all phases of a residential production building companies. My companies built in Douglas, Paulding, Cobb, North Fulton, South Fulton and Bartow Counties.

Communities built in by my residential building companies included Anneewakee Trails, Barrett Chase, Cottage Cove, Highland Falls, Evans Mill, Miller’s Pond, Ivey Meadow, Park at Cedar Crest, Senators Ridge, Carter Grove Plantation, Pembroke Hill and Eagles Crest.

Created building efficiencies through design and pricing to get sales prices to $50 per square foot in some communities.

Worked out of real-estate debit with financial institutions during the housing slow down. Was able to do so with out filling for bankruptcy or lawsuit with my lending financial institutions.

Produced sales revenues of $37,000,00 over the nine years of building homes in Atlanta, which equates to well over 300 homes. The reaming couple of years were spent navigating out of debt on lots and homes.

Six custom homes were also built ranging from $700,000 to $1,500,000. This is not included in the revenues of $37,000,000 listed above.
