Served as General Manager and completed daily and monthly duties associated with the operations of the restaurant. General duties include but were not limited too hiring, training, mentoring, scheduling, supervising, customer service, tracking monthly and weekly sales goals and objectives and cash handling.
Education
Completed various sales, customer service, management and operations training courses over my career. Serv-Safe and Marketing and Leadership Management courses as well.
