SPECIALIZING IN LARGE SCALE COMMERCIAL TI and GROUND-UP PROJECTS I am a results-oriented, hands-on construction supervisor with Twenty-five years supervisory experience who has been in the industry my entire working career. RAM Construction, Irvine, CA 2022 - 2023

Lead Project Superintendent for Impulse Space and Technicolor, $2M to $5M. Managed field activities for six multiple Tenant Improvement projects concurrently. Used Procore for scheduling and updating the three weeks look ahead schedules, photos, daily reports and communication with the project team. Review and approve all bills for materials and subcontractor requisitions, Identify and solve problems to minimize any possible risks responsible for and insure project timely completion. Lead Project Superintendent for The Irvine Company, Innovation Office, $5M. Oversaw self-performing crews as well as subcontractor crews on a new 14-acre office campus and TI construction in 5 buildings. Conducted Weekly Safety meetings with subcontractors and made daily safety observations and participating in critical path method schedule meetings with the project team to be able to make sure the projects made their completion dates. Howard Building Corporation, Costa Mesa, CA 2017 - 2021 Project Superintendent responsible for projects ranging from $250K to $5M.
