Major Responsibilities:

Using EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) as per client requirement to register/control /distribute/electronic filing/ retrieval of all in & out project data which includes (IFC drawings, as built Drawings, Red Mark Drawings and Vendor Documentation). Uploading and Downloading Documents using software’s Like SharePoint, ACONEX. Prepare Final Hand over Dossier, Turn Over Documents and Support E & I, Mechanical team in preparation of systems and subsystems.

Responsible for receiving, logging, and distributing all technical documents and assisting in coordination and monitoring of administrative activities to facilitate and expedite the workflow.

Making ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), Check List, Test Reports, Pre-qualification of supplier & Subcontractors, SCR (site Clarification Report), Daily Progress report, Weekly Progress report, Monthly Progress Report, Minutes of meetings with Clients. Uploading and downloading LEED Documents using LEED Online Plate Form. Assisting in Updating of P6 program; Preparing P6 output prints for Weekly and Monthly Reports, Updating P6 mini schedules.

Controlling the drawings by Discipline & Categorize as per standards. Controlling the incoming & outgoing correspondence letters and reports. Preparing Inspection request (IR) for MEP and Civil Work. Preparing Material Submittal for Civil & MEP Work. Preparing Material Inspection Report (MIR).

Preparing the RFI and RFE and take approval from the client. Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project. Maintain separate log and master log for all document and transmittal. Following up re-submittals pending with staffs and updating information about submittals from the client.

Comply with All QA/QC Standards as applicable to the company system and maintain all Documents as per ISO standards.

Preparing file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers. Maintaining record of Test certificates & Warranty certificates of calibrating equipment’s. Co-ordination between Consultants & Sub-Contractors for facilitating documents workflow and ensure documents status to be closed.

Coordination with the respective Project Managers, Secretaries, and other staff to ensure correctness of the records.

Ensures regular communication with corresponding Client Document Control Staff. Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable. Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Documents scanning, printing, filing, laminating etc. Tracking & maintain record for Auditing & Commissioning. Computer literate:

Aconex, Primavera P6(Basic), Microsoft office, other technical software Mat lab, Lab View.
