This is a white label solution acquired by JP Morgan from MasterCard

My responsibility was to summarize merchant information within the Canadian market who were currently processing paper statements

Visa Contactless MSD (Magnetic Strip Data)

As of October 18th 2019, all U.S. and Canadian payment devices accepting contactless payments must accept EMV contactless payments. The legacy magnetic stripe data (MSD) contactless will be retired as per card scheme mandates. This requirement only applies to U.S. and Canadian terminals with contactless capabilities

The project was assigned to support Merchants who were granted a waiver an continue to process MSD transactions. There was a great potential for key clients to be impacted by thousands of transactions who were not EMV compliant (Smart Chip)

Working in collaboration with internal and external vendors the solution was implemented as planned with no reported impacts the Merchants. As an end result, the Merchants were able to conduct business as usual

oMy responsibility were to interact with vendors who wanted to continue processing MSD transactions and to understand their reasoning ( In all cases these vendors were processing high volumes of transactions

oDetermine timeline as to when these vendors with be compliant in processing EMV transactions

oPrepare a spread with Merchant information and date of being EMV compliant. Review this information with Sr Management

Designed and managed product ordering systems that automatically replenish inventory at the stores. Ordering quantities could be in access of 1,000,000 items daily to satisfy the demands of over 1500 stores. This system used in-house software tools that allow the store associate to order quantities based on the planogram configuration of shelves. Height, width, and depth were major factors for the algorithm used to calculate shelf capacities and space optimization.

Managed the development of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system from conceptual design to feasible studies onto functional design, development and implementation. A project that took 2 years to complete with a budget of $500,000

Managed the data flow of sales transactions between the stores and central systems across WAN channels
