Duties & Responsibilities:

Attend telephone calls & answer customer queries.

Checking the Rosi Report and uploading to the GCAA website.

Check sign and receive voyage report from the purser regarding accurate bar.

Provide administrative assistance and support for the team.

Responsible for uploading and downloading of all dry store items.

Highlight areas of concern, define and / or assist in defining corrective action plan.

Monitor contents of cabin safety.

Ensure cabin safety incidents and accidents are monitored.

Maintaining all equipments and furnishing the cabins that include these section, flight compartments, lavatories, passenger compartment, buffet and galley, emergency equipments and cargo compartment.

Re-stocking dry store and Equipment items in the appropriate stowage’s.

Check the serviceability of galley and cabin equipment.

Prepare and dress pillows, VIP bed room with pillow cover’s duvet set, bed sheets and VIP lavatory with guest towel, perfume, and individual flowers as per standard.

Loading for DVD folder, Service folder, Safety folder and magazine. ARRIVAL

Meet the purser for signing the VR and check the bar seal in each kit

Call the Ramp Tech for assist putting GPU, opening the door and putting the stairs.

Call catering for offloading all there items on board.

Remove all the rubbish from cabin to galley

Offload service folder, DVD movie folder, safety folder & magazine.

Re-check whole cabin and galley before leaving the aircraft and call ground staff to close the GPU and closing the door.

Commissary Team Leader Task:

Confirmed the flight movement for the day and post for the next day movement.

Check attendance and duty roster for the staff

Check the handover forms from the next shift.

Conduct daily briefing and monthly evaluation for staff.

Restocking dry store and Equipment items in the appropriate stowage’s.

Conduct daily inventory of cleaning equipment’s as well as their serviceability.

Check and replenish the chemicals and magazine stocks.

Weekly & monthly inventory for magazine, missing and damages items.

Complete all the pending work from other shift.

Report all work related issues that affects the smooth flow of the operation to the SCCD, Manager and Director.

Make the handover form, new memos,lost and found items, and endorse the remaining work for the next shift and Team Leader. UNIT ASSISTANT / PORTER
