EXPERIENCE

Currently working with M/s.ANS Exports,as Sr.Purchase Officer from Jan,08.

Manage the Purchase planning process and work closely with internal customer for service and cost requirements.

Work with together with the logistics teams to ensure delivery of customer service, stock and cost requirements.

Support project teams and ensure appropriate early management rigor in delivering innovation through the wider supply chain. This includes early management of write offs for Finished Goods, raw and packaging materials as a result of new innovation or re-launches.

Identify potential bottlenecks including with key suppliers and propose ways to resolve them at optimal cost.

Deliver the business supply planning process, particularly the annual supply planning process, to ensure a robust supply plan is issued to the manufacturing sourcing units, third party and sourcing teams for volume and cost planning purposes.

Responsible to achieve the purchasing annual saving targets.

Manage the Supply activities across the flows inbound (Procurement), out bound of Raw, packaging, solvent materials and finished Goods (Distribution ) for sustainability and cost control.

Ensures all health and safety requirement are met.

Plan out all warehouses/ depot Resources in line with the organization’s targets.

Recommend measures of improvement and continuous improvement of the Warehouse and Distribution.

Maintain regular / minimum stock balances in all Depots/raw materials Warehouses.

Prepare material Requirement planning.

Ensure availability of all SKUs for Production Flow and Customer Orders.

Monitor/Control inter warehouse Transfer.

Ensures Stock inventory control/ forecasting

Ensure regular/ periodic report Stock entry and exist, Stock Age Report, for Board/ Management decision.

I was working with M/s. Anik Development Corp.Pvt.Ltd., as a Purchase Officer from February,07 to September,07. I was dealing with various Engineering Materials, Purchase Negotiations, Vendor Development. I am responsible for cost efficiency. My key KPI’s are :

1.Internal Customer Satisfaction.

Orders placed by clients should reach to them in time & safely. Time management & delivery assurance are the foremost in customer satisfaction for which I am directly responsible.

2 Explore Best Vendor.

Scrutiny of a quality, price & time are the major factors involved in exploring the best vendor, who are prioritized. This is done in consultation with the Finance Department.

3. Competitive Price.

To get the best quality material at reasonable rate.

4. Availability of Material.

Material availability to the various sites on time.

Worked with M/s. Khanna Textile Industries as a Materials Controller from January,99 to January,07. I was dealing with various dyestuffs, Engineering Materials, Purchase Negotiations, Vendor Development. I am responsible for cost efficiency. My key KPI’s are:

Since I am computer literate and have a strong computer background and a result of this I involved in developing various software’s viz. Project Planning System and Inventory Control System.

From December 93’ to August 98’, I was working with M/s. Ultra Drytech Engineering Limited, Andheri as a Project co-ordinator. I was involved in activities like vendor development negotiations and also dealing with specialized engineering materials suppliers. Enhance the profitability by providing competitive material supply.

From September 92’ to November 93’, I was working with M/s. S. S. Industries & Engineers, Thane as a Project Co-ordinator. I was involved in activities like vendor development negotiations and also dealing with specialized engineering materials suppliers. Enhance the profitability by providing competitive material supply.

From January 87’ to August 92’, I was working with M/s. Dalal Consultants & Engineers Ltd., Worli, as a Project Co-ordinator, assisting the Technical Advisor in preparing tender documents, Evaluating bid received & preparing Techno Commercial Analysis for the same. I was also involved to co-ordinate and liase with different agencies involved in construction activities. As I am having knowledge of different software’s I was helping them in preparing various software’s like Pressure Vessel Design, Project Planning System, Payroll etc.
