I do solder the wiring inside a load cell. I test them after to make sure it’s reading correctly and if it not I’ll add some resistors to balance it out, on the input and output also the no-load. These load cells are from 25k to 50k and up, they have to be calibrated in the calibration lab sandblasted gauges and mods put on them before they make it to me are then Solder a ton of wires inside the loadcell following my instructions because one mess up will mess the numbers completely up so you have to pay close attention to what you were doing. Finalizing is actually what I’m doing now is balancing the input in my no-load with resistors whatever my reading is I have a cheat sheet that shows me which number resistor I need to put in the load cell.

My duties included both tasks as a construction laborer, as well as a deep cleaner once the houses were completed. Generally, I would begin my day by making sure the guys had all of their materials to do their work. Then I would pick up any scrap material or sweep any dirt or trash and throw it away. At the end of every day I was in charge of making sure all the tools were picked up and put away, as well as making sure the whole job site was up to par. Once the house was completed, I would typically take two to three days cleaning the house top to bottom. Windows inside and out, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. Once I was done I would call my supervisor and he would come check everything and I would start another.
