Make the arrangement for dispatch.

Prepare the sub documents for dispatch.

Stock maintaining physical and computerized.

Follow the service materials.

Logistics coordination and prepare the packinglist.

Arrange the freight forwarder for export and import.

Get the quotation from different forwarder and put the comparison and finalize the forwarder.

Prepare the export and import documents.

Check the checklist and BOE confirm the same.

Get the shipping documents and share the details to client. PROJECT HANDLED:-
