Lead recruiter on contract team assigned to help manage recruiting process for Takeda R&D’s newly revamped pharmacovigilance organization. Managed sourcing, selection, screening, evaluation and hiring of several physicians, GPV medical directors, Senior Medical Directors for Clinical Development in R&D as well as heading up talent acquisition process for another dozen or so director and senior director staff roles relating to PV clinical development services which also involved physician candidates, aggregate safety reporting oversight, post marketing services and PV compliance. Interacted extensively with HRBPs and client hiring managers.

●Lead Recruiter (Contract) Talent Acquisition, Novo Nordisk, Inc., Sept 2015 to July 2016

Co-ran effort as contractor to source, screen and qualify personnel for planned $2.2 billion Greenfields API production plant project in Clayton, NC, expected to employ some 800 to 900 people by 2020. Utilize Brass Ring RecruIT system to source, screen, evaluate and ultimately recommend candidates; regularly interact with wide range of hiring managers primarily based in Denmark. Succeeded in filling more than 50 U.S. roles in engineering, supply chain, IT, procurement, project management and other disciplines and have achieved 100 percent to 133 percent fill rates for each of six separate hiring events held in Raleigh, NC and Greenville, SC. Executive Recruiter/Acct Executive, Apple One Staffing Agency Dec 2013 to Sept 2015

Sourcing recruiter responsible for filling some of the most difficult and challenging requisitions within the pharmaceutical, clinical research, IT and automotive industries. Filled time-sensitive reqs for specialized manufacturing engineers, facilities engineers, facility engineering managers and QA/QC engineering professionals. In addition, often led complex searches for engineers with Six Sigma certifications, including Black Belt and Green Belt professionals, some in the supply chain and procurement categories. Recruited Senior BD Director for manufacturer selling into the nuclear energy industry and also was responsible for locating key Manager for global engineering partnership involving the serving of large gas-turbine commercial power plants.

Served as Corporate Services recruiter for PPL, a Fortune 500 utility with some $16 billion in annual revenues. Responsible for sourcing as well as screening, evaluating and helping process litany of internal and external candidates who applied online. Sourcing recruiter for a wide range of positions in the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries. Averaged close to two 2009 to 2011placements per month. Managed wide range of positions in the areas of clinical, regulatory, engineering, communications and corporate leadership for both pharmaceutical, medical device and pharmacy service companies, including Zimmer, Medimmune, Lundbeck, Merck and Golden Living, a long-term care specialized pharmacy provider. Some of most challenging work involved searches for pharmacovigilance and drug safety professionals, scientists and physicians involved in development of bioassays, and biostatisticians, and clinical pharmacy and nursing practitioners, In most demanding project, helped Lundbeck, a leading European manufacturer of neuroscience injectables with annual revenues of some $3 billion, hire its first-ever dedicated U.S. psychiatry sales force.
