Reconciliation and Tracking

1. Provide E2E Enrollment tracking with various processes writing milestones that helps to track the journey of member enrollment, ID card request notification letters, welcome kits etc. 2. The project involves rehosting, development and maintenance of ThoroughBred (Tbred) reporting application from Bank of America merchant services (BAMS) to First Data Corp (FD). This includes moving and replicating Jobs, procedures, card members, programs as per FD standard and testing them till they go live in production. After rehosting warranty, changing business needs require changes in the existing Tbred application which includes development and maintenance like changes for Mandates, new merchant addition and so on. This is an end-to-end application development project involving requirements elaboration, design, build, testing, rehosting, implementation and support. The system will be developed in multiple releases using the staged waterfall and agile development methodology. Currently Smart Routing project and PAN masking is in initial phase of development. Description of the project:

The goal of this project is to enhance the existing Customer Information system. Bank of America (Bofa) has developed a new mobile phone application - mWallet. These projects have created services for Bofa customers through their online id like mWallet and Remote online deposit by which they can deposit checks and do transactions. It was a development project which used DB2 database of the existing application. The responsibility was to lead the team, review work, code modules, testing, resolve business issues, design documents, defect prevention, configuration controller for every release. The projects also included conversions to load DB2 tables from different systems.

It was a conversion of the existing TSO pricing application. Gaps still remain between closeout pricing and TSO pricing. The Pensions Closeout Tracking System (PCTS) provides for the operational support of the Closeout business.
