-Coordinate and executing with the head instrument the defferent operation in the ICSS systems such (DCS Foxboro, ESD Triconex, SCADA FOXBORO, PLCs SIEMENS, ALLEN BRADLEY…..)

-Coordenate and ensure the good executing of maintenance and construction operations of the following Turbine control systems such MARK6/6e and SIEMENS.

-Coordinate with engineering on constructability and design issues relating to the instrumentation discipline such as cable and instrument installation, terminations, and calibration.

-Responsible for quantity take-off, control, tracking, reporting and forecasting for instrumentation discipline.

-Approve field requisitions as delegated by the HEAD MAINTENANCE.

-Review material receiving reports and warehousing to assure delivery of correct instrumentation materials.

-Coordinate and monitor the interfaces for instrumentation data exchange to support the construction automation plan and the project controls program requirements at the jobsite.

-Plan and recommend instrumentation procedures to be implemented by Field Supervision to ensure construction and maintenance operations are within the requirements of engineering, design and specifications.

-Coordinate subcontract activities to ensure instrumentation materials, equipment and quality comply with design plans and specifications.

-Implement controls over variables affecting installation job progress such as cable routing, terminations, instrument installation, and loop testing. Also, ensure engineering and procurement provide timely delivery of drawings, materials and equipment and those other corporate programs completely done.

-Pre-shutdown construction activities (cable pulling, cable tray installation, Junction box/panel installation, instrument installation) and give orientation to the contractor by applying client standard.

-Review of technical offer from Yokogawa for system services (configuration of new tags, hardware supply...ETC).

-Instrument shutdown activities (cable termination on Junction box/ panel, downloading of new graphics in system cabinet, downloading of new configuration for instrument in system cabinet).

-Coordination with Quality department for client inspections of instrument construction activities (cable laying, cable tray installation, instrument installation, termination works, tubing installation, calibration of different type of instruments……etc).
