As the Director of Nursing, I am responsible for a nursing staff of approximately 55 nurses as well as the CMA staff, and a 192 bed facility. This encompasses overseeing the nursing care for our clients coming into detox, and/or stepping down into short-term or long-term residential care. This is a dual modality facility.
