Scope: The project's scope was related to Interactive Voice Response (IVR) at UnitedHealth Group (UHG) which involved designing,implementing and optimizing IVR systems.The enhancement ensures developing call flows

● Gathered requirements from Core Users in Business, Regulatory Compliance, Legal and Operations to create and design the mainframe of the environment and the web portal back.
