Sandcastle Community Management-Community Association manager 2014-2018 Assisted creating Budget reports for different communities, reviewing of community financial statements, inspection of the community and facilities in order to determine maintenance and security needs. Assisted residents regarding complaints. Investigated and prepared full reports of all incidents and claims for property damage and personal injury relating to the ownership and maintenance of the common elements and operation of the Association. Attended Board meetings, Annual meetings and special meetings of the Association and its homeowners.
