Roles and Responsibility

1. Observing Daily activities of contractor and Issuance of Preventive Reports through agreed communication channels to meet project objectives, updating daily log sheets for all site observations. 2. Reviewing method statements material and shop drawings against project construction specifications and drawings.

3. Purchasing of Project consumable materials (Cable ties, Warning Tapes, Cable Lugs etc.) Here I was involved in all process of purchase starting from enquires, material selection and issuance of purchase order from site.

4. Verification of Redline Mark-up drawings and As-built drawings on site submitted by contractor.

5. Monitoring and control the quality of works in different activities such as Installation of containment, cable conduits, cable laying, cable termination and testing.

6. Taking weekly look ahead program from contractor on weekly basis and follow it up so that the project shall complete on time with quality. 7. Verifying design calculations on sites and arranging meetings with construction manager and contractor project engineer in case of design modification if required.

8. Routine store checking for stored Electrical materials as per Project Quality Plan and manufactures recommendations.

9. Raised and implemented all RFI’s for the completed activities and followed it up till the closure of comments given by client inspector and get it approved.

10. On site permits checking, License of the working person and proper safety required for the task to complete safely.

11. Managing weekly site observation reports sharing through emails to contractor engineer and Management.

12. Attending weekly progress, Quality meeting and HSE meeting giving my inputs in order to achieve target with high quality and safety. 13. Weekly meeting with construction manager and contractor representatives and suggesting actions needed on site in order to meet the deadlines.

14. Verifying contractor invoices and claim against progress on site. 15. Administrative work like maintaining record and files and preparing report.

16. Maintaining of Electrical Fire pump Diesel pump, and firefighting system.
