Review Timesheets and Invoices of Subcontractors. Prepare ISS & RFP. Filing, Distribution and other routine works which involved liaising with Section Manager. Ensuring timely transfer of electronic files to / from clients and contractors. Ensuring all the incoming and outgoing correspondence is recorded accordance with QA / QC procedure.

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. Typing, preparing and collating reports. Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).

Managing databases. Prioritizing workloads. Scheduling meetings or appointments, maintaining files, taking minutes of meeting, sending e-mails.

Working with QC department for ITM unit (Initial Thickness Measurement).

Assigning and hi-lighting Thickness Measurement Locations (TML) in drawing for conduct the readings. Coordinate with ITM Engineers and Technicians for clearing drawings, data’s and clarify about Spools availability at site. Encoding TML reading in CMS (Construction Management System). Preparing and printing of ITM reports. Modification work in CMS such as adding or removing TMLs and points. Taking approval of ITM reports from Client after verification of our Section Engineers. Preparing daily ITM progress reports of piping and send to concerned departments. Encode non-metallic and underground piping reports. Scan and electronic filing documents and updating records.

Co-ordination with other departments and section heads for clearing data and files related to the section. Support the Site Engineers to prepare schedule showing drawings as per their request, making copy of drawings and documents.
