Having production schedules and meetings to obtain quality satisfaction to all Clients Specifications. Supervision, inspections, writing WPQR, WPS, ITP, qualifications and specifications for new Clients. Involves in Welding procedures and team management development drawings and specifications. Both Carbon Steel API 5L, and Stainless Steel 316-16. FPSO Pipelines in accordance with BSEN ISO 1090, AWS D1.1, ASME 9, ISO 3834, BSEN 15614 etc, Pressure Vessels Tanks and Steam Boilers.

SENIOR QA/QC WELDING/MECHANICAL QUALITY ENGINEERING INSPECTOR

Preforming visual inspections on aerospace and engineering plane and military army parts.

Writing WPQR, WPS for all Welding Procedures. Mentoring and overseeing all welds. Qa/Qc inspections are conducted correctly to the specifications code. Supervisor and coordinator all welding time, welding machine, argon, consumables reports and all welds’ defects on each job.
