Running corn syrup solids process consists of 3 floors- Evaporator, cooling belt, mill, sweco, slurry pump: bins to the packing operation with 2 spout automated packers, conveyer belts and robotic palletizer.

Responsible for whole operation getting product in spec and packing 50lb bags on to pallets. 50 bags per pallet.

Mostly all maintenance except some electrical.

Operator 2- Truck and rail load out. (Rail) Loading railcars with syrup. Pulling railcars up with cable puller or Rail Serve.

Washing and inspecting cars. Loading with several different products and pumping products to various land tanks.
