Southeast Market for Zartic. A $150,000,000 vertically integrated poultry company. Analyzed product availability from grow-out program, computerized product line listing, designed product labels, price list, point-of-sale and coordinated fresh shipments. Designed the freshly cut steak program in specification and aging requirements. All positions reported directly to the president.
