Recruited by UK-based, publicly traded $175M developer and manufacturer of respiratory and protective equipment in military and first responder applications to build integrated planning framework and shape corporate strategy as Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) leader for 5 global plants.

Built and launched unified SIOP framework from inception to ongoing operation. Developed templates, processes, and SOPs; broke down silos between Sales and Operations to integrate data; and delivered cohesive monthly revenue plans.

Attained a higher level of sales forecast integrity and accountability. Liaised in MS Teams as a Six Sigma project to consolidate, harmonize, and feed forecasts, budgets, and production plans to master monthly SIOP plan, and drove executive reviews that sharpened alignment between plans and capabilities.
