oResponsible for all finance and accounting functions, annual budget (approximately $9 million), cash management, payroll, investment, insurance, information technology, membership records, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and food service functions – approximately 50 employees

oProvided assistance and guidance to all staff members in other departments

oWorked extensively with and attended numerous standing and other church committee meetings, facilitated those meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes

Community Church Capital, Inc. (CCC), Therizo Capital, Inc. (TCI) and Foundation Capital

oDirected establishment/operations of church financing companies - 22 employees

oFCR (a Real Estate Investment Trust) operated with as much as $325 million of equity and $150 million line of credit obtained from a group of national banks - first such line of credit ever provided to a church financing company in America

oCompleted the first-ever Wall Street securitization financing transaction for a church financing company

oTCI utilized a $45 million line of credit from a large national bank

oWorked extensively to locate permanent equity financing for TCI, and had a $100 million equity transaction arranged, until the sub-prime market collapse occurred (mid-2007)

oServed on TCI Board of Directors

oDirected implementation of all financial, accounting and operational processes

oHired all accounting, human resources, and information technology (I/T) employees, and directed those functions, including:

Monthly process of closing the books and preparation of all financial reports (including those submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission)

Cash management and bank compliance reporting

Participated in loan underwriting/approval process

Negotiated with employee benefit/payroll providers, prepared all employee benefit policies and established all related procedures
