Other responsibilities are mainly administrative; an FSM makes their own weekly schedule (being sure their route is time efficient for both clients and Samsung), expense reports, field insight reports, ordering of supplies, conference calls, and more. Training of representatives by the FSM is done on multiple levels, from side by side demonstrating in sales locations, large scale training events of multiple locations, events at carrier corporate offices and call centers, and more.
