- Manage and reconcile bank accounts effectively.

- Create new customer accounts, and generate invoices in QuickBooks, along with the relevant supporting documents.

- Monitor payments due from customers and promptly contact customers with overdue payments.

Payroll duties

- Manage payroll processing and the associated payroll tax filings, including:

- Set up new hire information and ensure employee data is up to date.

- Collect and manage payroll data and, create Excel spreadsheet with accurate mathematical formulas.

- Review and revise payroll sheets to ensure accuracy of working hours, overtime, and wages earned.

- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting any needed changes.

- Comply with wage garnishment orders and withhold wages, then remit payments to appropriate parties.

- Use payroll software to calculate pay, various deductions, and issue checks for employees' pay.

- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and interacting with HR.
