• I participated in a research project on the effects and efficacy of CAMS (Collaborative Evaluation and Management of Suicidality) training, which aims to improve healthcare professionals’ abilities in suicide evaluation and management.

• I reviewed patient care indicators, conducted post-training evaluations, and helped the CAMS program design long-term integration strategies.

• I improved my knowledge of quantitative research methodologies using comprehensive data analysis tools to assess patient outcomes and training effectiveness.

• Patient Surveys: I recorded patient survey data with Jamie Ehrett (FQHC Quality Data Analyst). Senior VP of Health Center Services-Administration Jack Kelly received my file with data from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.

• Phone System: I collaborated with Chief Quality Officer Jennifer Lee on this portion of the project, gathering Secret Shopper phone data and sending my finished file to the Senior Vice President of Health Center Services-Administration, Mr. Jack Kelly.

• Google Reviews: I collected data from July 1, 2022, to August 18, 2023, and rated it to help us identify where the organization needed to improve. I delivered my file to Mr. Jack Kelly (Senior VP of Health Center Services-Administration).

• Make Proper Use of Office Space: I received an Excel Sheet with location, provider, and staff information. I marked open spots and consolidated all Excel Sheets into one Excel Document.
