Lead Paralegal responsible to assist the Attorney General along with a team of six prosecutors in the trial preparation for and prosecution of the State’s two capital murder cases: State v. Michael Addison and State v. John Brooks. Prepared and disseminated materials to the public and press during the State investigation of the fatal shooting of Police Officer Corporal Bruce McKay. These three events received intense scrutiny from the media as New Hampshire prosecuted two capital murder cases simultaneously for the first time in its history. The Franconia shooting investigation was widely publicized. I examined, evaluated and catalogued multi-state police reports, forensics evidence and witness statements for discovery while having ongoing contact with lead investigators from State Police, Medical Examiner and local police in multiple states to process evidence for production.

June 2004 –June 2006 (Consumer Protection Bureau)

Paralegal responsible to assist attorneys and prosecutors in the investigation and potential prosecution of consumer complaints. Considerable outreach with the public directly and through resource material developed in that effort. Worked extensively with the consumer hotline and handled sensitive consumer issues to negotiate successful solutions.
