I am a retired college advisor of undergraduate and graduate students in the microbiology program, where I worked from March of 1999 through December of 2022.
Have advised over 2000 students in the microbiology major over the last 12 years; have had contact with an estimated 5000 other students, potential students, and their family/friends.
Dedicated to human/animal connection as a part of an enhanced life experience.
Lifelong learner with an appreciation for diversity; extensive coursework in Education, English, ethnic studies. Especially relevant is coursework in trauma/advocacy and encounters with grief across the lifespan.
