I opened (9am) the store and closed (6pm) the store Monday thru Friday. I was the sole contact for this location & had my own office which was the only location for this business. I answered phones, cleaned my office & bathroom, I serviced in-house customers & and outbound customers by phone. I scheduled automotive appointments for everyday maintenance, 24/7 towing calls, dispatched tow trucks to accident locations via Culpeper County Police Department, handled insurance company calls for accidents, I advised the insurer of the damages to their vehicle after their accidents if needed, I helped the customers with the process of accidents and advised them what they needed to do step by step if the vehicle was totaled or fixable, I helped customers with getting their rental vehicle scheduled and got the customer picked up by the rental company to save time for everyone involved, scheduled insurance companies to come in & view the accident vehicles, scheduled the vehicle owners to view their vehicles and retrieve their belongings from the wrecked vehicles, I scheduled window tinting, I sold & scheduled tires to be installed, I scheduled detailing services & preformed the detailing duties to all vehicles scheduled, I sold & scheduled installation of aftermarket vehicle accessories like step bars & tonneau covers for trucks, I sold

& scheduled installation of aftermarket rims and lug nuts, I sold specialized bumpers, lights, and towing packages & scheduled them for installation, I made sure the store was up to date with the county licenses

& tests, I sold vehicles with a vehicle salesman license with the state of Virginia with DMV access via website & scheduled potential buyers to view the vehicles, Did all the titling work involved, I went along during the test drives of the vehicles being sold, and I made sure that all business contacts were staying up to date & growing at all times. The owners were only available if I had an emergency or needed their assistance (which wasn't very often). I came in this business knowing only how to pump gas like a normal young mother of 3 children. I learned everything step by step on my own accord without much hands on management.
