Having knowledge in 5S & 4M Process.

Motivating the operator and supporting to implement Creations to reduce the quality defects and Hour’s reduction.

3. TECHNICAL:

Month wise preparing quality consolidate matrices. 4. PROCESS & INSPECTION :

Well known about the acceptance criteria of welding process.

Preparation of WPS and WPQR documents against to EN and ASME standards.

Good working knowledge in NDT- PT,MT,UT,VT.

Preparation of welding electrode data sheet.

Good Working Knowledge in Heat Treatment Process.

Operators Qualification for Special process.

PMI inspection for receiving and finished products.

In- process Inspection of Sub-assemblies and Final Products based on the requirements.

Good working knowledge in SIMULATION SOFTWARE.

Injection, compression, vacuum machine line inspection and problem solving.

working knowledge in Spectro Max Machine, Porosity tester, Coordinate Measuring machines(CMM).

Having Knowledge in injection molding settings.

Checking the customer requirements as per the customer bill of material.

Ensuring the MOC are assembled as per the customer approved GAD.

Verifying the valve serial number and testing punch, NDT number are punched if requirements available.

Checking the visual inspection as per standard MSS SP-55.

SCN inspection for finished product and traceability maintain for valves trim parts.

Managing the shopfloor operators to follow the standards and requirements from Customer.

Product Quality and Customer satisfaction discussion(CSS) with Shopfloor operators and CFT team

Recurrent defects are analysis via 5M and Problem-solving techniques with CFT team.

Attended one day seminar on Entrepreneur Development cell in united institute of technology, Coimbatore.
