Trace the work of the technicians or maintenance staff to ensure that all job is completed on time, within budget, and as to customer specification.

Daily manpower allocation in coordination with the project coordinator.

Implements and measures the effectiveness of improved prosses or operational policies.

Coordinate with the client to identify the required output and project layout. Monitor daily progress reports.

Conduct a site survey and prepare BOQ to identify the required items/materials to quote.

Maintaining AMC for almost 100 medical and other facilities Across the UAE.
