I was responsible for answering both inbound and making outbound calls in the call center area of the company. I would assist all guests with booking reservations, answering any questions they may have, and providing clients with information they may not know. This is a very fast pace call center where you must assist with a high call volume, while also being able to navigate multiple systems at once. This was a hybrid job position which means as an employee I had to take on the responsibility to work independently in which I have received certificates and recognition for doing very well. Some of the things I will take from this job is patience, customer satisfaction importance, and growth.

Residence Inn, Coconut Creek, FL — Night Audit

January 2021 - June 2022

I was responsible for helping guests, and managing the numbers the hotel had acquired for the day. I was also responsible for watching and monitoring the cameras to ensure the safety of guests and staff. At this job I gained the experience of learning how to deal with multiple people and personalities whether it was co-workers or guests. This job also gave me a year and a half worth of accounting experience.
