· Program management and design services for KFC’s American Showman Acceleration

Program (ASAP), involving the complete interior and exterior remodeling of 3,000 existing franchises and company owned locations across the country over the course of three years. Lendlease provided overall program planning, project management, survey, design, procurement, logistics management, permitting, construction, and commissioning of projects. The project scope included interior and exterior finishes, signage, décor and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE)

LENDLEASE. BBVA Compass, Various Locations November 2014 – July 2018

Senior Project Manager

· Lendlease was selected to provide Program Management services for multiple BBVA

Compass locations across the United States. The scope of work includes preconstruction services, site scoping, management of general contractor and client vendors, procurement services, rebranding of interior renovations of old Wachovia and Washington Mutual branch banks, tenant improvement fit-outs, new builds in ten locations and project management of mission critical projects.

· Perform Design/Build services for the conversion of 149 Washington Mutual Banks to

JPMorgan Chase Banks in Texas. The conversion is part of the national JPMorgan Chase re-branding project. The program includes a scope walk at each site to determine the needed exterior, interior, and marketing design work.

· Responsible for working with the landlords, floor plans will be revised to allow for accurate procurement and permitting.

· Interior and exterior signage will be replaced, along with a considerable amount of ceiling-to-wall and ATM vestibule reimaging.

· Remaining open during construction, each branch will take between three to seven weeks to complete.

· Program Manager on this major capital expenditure program of this is $200 million, 5-

year program of 1.5 million square feet in several buildings on the WestLake Campus

reporting procedures including project and Contractor HSSE Plans.

· Responsible for ensuring all operational and performance standards and expectations

1987 – 1997: Input/Output, Inc., Stafford TX General Manager of Facilities and Office Services

· Organized a facilities management department for a 500,000 square feet corporate

campus.

· Systematized the construction, space management, maintenance, security, grounds and

utilities to function together as one entity.

· Responsible for purchasing, work orders, and accounts receivables functions including

supervise maintenance staff, mailroom, and switchboard and copy centers to ensure all

corporate services function smoothly.

· Oversee facility preventative maintenance programs and supervise outside vendors.

· Negotiate office services contracts for office supplies, long distance services, copiers,

furniture, mailroom equipment and supplies.

· Results: Successfully managed department budgets, achieved a 99% satisfaction rating

on the annual tenant survey and increased tenant occupancy to 96%.
