Help facilitate primary annual Kimberly-Clark HR processes as they affect the client groups including
Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation Planning, Headcount Planning, Engagement Survey(myVoice) and the Talent Review Process.
Provide information and guidance to leaders on HR related strategies and issues, including talent development,
