Manage W2 and 1099 preparation and distribution. Effective communication with employees regarding payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and changes.
o Human Resources. Proficient in HR activities, from on-boarding to managing employee records. Facilitate training programs to promote professional growth. Foster effective communication handling employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related matters. Experienced in benefits administration, including enrollment and addressing employee benefit queries. Knowledgeable in HRIS systems and data management, contributing to the efficient operation of HR processes.
o Contracts Database Management. Work with legal to facilitate smooth contract process, collecting data to finalize contracts to ensure all parties needs are met to conduct business. Monitor and track progress projects, assuring to meet and not exceed budget objectives Communicate client contract renewals within 90 days of expiration date.
