Collaborate with grade level team teachers to maintain classroom management. Collaborate with content teachers to construct lessons that were TEK heavy, based on STAAR analysis scores. Flexibility was important as classes changed daily on a rotating block schedule. Tutorials and extension lessons were given daily with high expectations. Develop and implement a STAAR strategy that would work best for our students. Work closely with our SPED and remediation teachers to ensure that students would continue to close growth gaps.
