May. 2022 – Present MITSUBISHI POWER SYSTEMS, Orlando, Fla. Specialty Services Tech / Engineer - Turbine, Generator Repair & Maintenance At Mitsubishi, we are on call 24/7 for emergency situations. Under normal conditions, we are given 24 – 48 hrs. notice to deploy for planned outages. Once on site, we work 12 hrs. a day until the job is finished. At times, taking up to a month to complete. Often without days off, under different weather conditions. We use HD tooling such as Magnetic Drills, Grinders, and Air Tools. We also have connex’s sent to site equipped with a Milling Machine, Lathe and Surface Grinder. Experienced using a Climax Milling / Drilling and a Hydraulic Drilling / Boring Maching, to use on large pieces or assemblies from the gas turbine. I’m also experienced using Drill Presses, Horizontal / Vertical Bandsaws, Depth and Bore gauges. Have my own Calipers and Micrometers.

At Graphic Packaging. I was brought into the PDC Dept., which is short for Performance Development Center. To assist with the machine shop on existing and new prototype parts, for our packaging machinery. Energy Steel is a stainless steel only mill support center that sells strictly to stainless distributors, which in turn sell to end-users such as sub-contractors and manufacturers for the automotive industry, aerospace, government applications and clients in the power energy industry like GE, Waukesha and ABB Combustion. Designed and manufactured new equipment and tooling for such equipment and repaired equipment returned for warranty and non-warranty conditions.
